With International Women’s Day just behind us, I wanted to bring to everyone’s attention to some of the meetings and sessions regarding the advancement of women in Pest Management.

NPMA is excited to celebrate the many inspiring and hard-working women in the pest control industry. Traditionally a male-dominated field, it’s important to highlight the many successful women in pest management roles and inspire other women to join this evolving industry and close the gap. The 2022 theme is #BreaktheBias. To participate: use the custom templates available and attach a photo of yourself. Share on social media using #IWD2022, #BreaktheBias and #WomeninPestManagement. We can’t wait to see your posts!

 

The NPMA Impact Awards for Women in Pest Management honor and celebrate exceptional women at all levels within the pest management industry. NPMA is actively seeking nominations of women across the field, in any role, including management, technical/service, sales, or office. Recipients will be honored at NPMA’s Women’s Leadership Forum, May 3-5, in Nashville, TN and nominations will be accepted through Friday, April 8.

 

Building on the success of last December’s event, the Forum is an opportunity for both women and men in leadership to come together for an empowering program designed to inspire and improve work culture. Don’t miss out on unique interactive discussions, networking, and leadership development at the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown. The full schedule is rolling out now, with 3 days of programming dedicated to teambuilding, resiliency, professional growth, developing your company culture, and more!
